My Bold Steps: A Framework for Breakthrough Results

On the occasion of International Women’s Day, we brought together some great leaders to celebrate the achievements and insights of remarkable women leaders around the world. We brought together diverse, successful women leaders to share stories of perseverance, focus, mindset, grit, and passion.

Milestone founder Benu Aggarwal shared insights from her nonprofit initiative MyBoldSteps, which focuses on creating meaningful transformation through intentional leadership. She introduced the Bold Steps framework, highlighting a powerful mindset shift from Reaction → Clarity → Ownership → Purpose. Through this approach, Benu emphasized how leaders can become more intentional in how they manage themselves, lead organizations, and shape the future.

Joining the discussion were Roberta Riga and Sonika Singal, who shared their perspectives on leadership mindset, inner strength, and empowering others to create meaningful impact. The conversation celebrated women leaders and encouraged participants to take bold, intentional steps toward growth, confidence, and lasting impact.
