Design Summary Although the “Before” website was very informative, the layout of the site made it look cluttered. A “book now” feature did not exist on the page and the “Reservations” link can easily be overlooked by visitors. Adding the integrated menu at the top of the “After” (revamped) design gave it a cleaner appearance and better conversion. Enlarging the main photographs and a contrasting green background also made the website more eye-catching. Also additional features such as printer only site, photogalary, emaps also helped a lot in increasing stickiness of the site.
