I was doing organic seo with my site and I was getting good results before last week and last week I did ppc campaign and this I got big difference in my keyword position. On last week my keywords are on around 100 but now it’s around 300. Can you tell me how is could be possible within just a week?

Hi Jeff,
alot of things can directly affect your organic rankings. are you in a very competitive space? are you working on an organic search program? PPC can be used as a great keyword discovery tool, especially in really niche markets. High performing keywords can be transfered into your organic program to help you gain better placement in the results. i would suggest running a couple of tests to see what happens. when information coflicts… testing will always be helpful!

I believe there is a direct relationship. My website went from organic search of 1-3 on the first page to 30-40 or more after I stopped doing pay per click with google. I am going to start it up again and see if my listing order rises. I had been 1-3 for 5-6 months and now just 3 months away from pay per click I have tanked.
