The search marketing business has left a bad taste in the mouth of many business owners due to bad decisions and shady practices by marketing agencies with inexperienced people or outdated information. We also encourage our people to get certified with all of Google's programs. The knowledge they have garnered along with the confidence that they have when speaking with a client, is a major plus. In order to set the necessary goals and create realistic expectations, the people on every level of the organization need to be in the know. Congrats on the certification, a little late I know.
